Chaplain Andy Keltner is a Part-time Paramedic for Miami County EMS,
and also performs Chaplain duties whenever they are needed for employees of Miami County or patients and their families.
Andy is the Pastor for Christ Our Savior Church in Louisburg.
Andy is also a Firefighter for the Louisburg Fire Department, and resides with his family in Louisburg, KS.
